- The Sunday Times Scotland has partnered with The List to create a fortnightly magazine. The title will launch on the 3rd July and will feature highlights from the entertainment, theatre, comedy and culture world
- BBC Radio Devon has appointed Janet Kipling as the lunchtime presenter on a permanent basis. She will present the Mid-Afternoon Show every weekday from 1pm to 4pm
- Ceri Thomas is to leave his role as editor of Panorama. No date has been announced for his departure
- London24 the news website has announced its closure
- Oscar Tollast has left his role as reporter at the Dorset Echo
Fashion, lifestyle and entertainment
- Future has agreed terms to acquire Miura (Holdings) Ltd, the holding and ultimate parent company of Imagine Publishing Limited. This follows Future’s acquisition of Noble House Media in April and Blaze Publishing’s magazines, websites and events in May. Imagine Publishing brands include 3D Artist, Reto Gamer and How It Works
- Immediate Media has sold Outdoorsmagic to Factory Media
- Joe Mackertich has been appointed editor at ShortList and replaces Martin Robinson. He is currently the editor at Mr Hyde and takes up the role next week. Joe will remain as editor in chief at Mr Hyde
- Melanie Griffiths has been appointed editor at Period Living
- Robert Ladbrook has been appointed deputy editor at Motorsport News
- Daniel Gumble has started his role as news editor at Music Week joining from musical instrument trade title MI Pro. Also former Music Week publisher Dave Roberts has been appointed contributing editor at the title
- There have been a few changes at Fabulous. Amerley Ollennu has been appointed acting beauty editor at the title. Also Emily Cope has been appointed acting entertainment writer. She was previously a features writer at Closer
- There have been a number of changes to the team at Reveal. Amber Ascroft has been appointed senior beauty writer, Charlotte Bell is now the acting fashion editor and Harriet Davey is the acting deputy fashion editor
- Lydia Swinscoe has been appointed fashion and beauty editor at Now magazine. She was previously the fashion and beauty editor at Girl Talk and Top of the Pops magazines
- Anna-Marie Julyan has been promoted to features editor at Waitrose Food. She was previously staff writer at the title
- Alex Finnis has been appointed deputy editor at JOE.co.uk
- Edward Lane has been promoted to commissioning editor at Men’s Health. He was previously deputy digital editor at the title
- Chloe Smith has been appointed books editor at Kettle
- Lizzie Bielicki has been appointed editorial assistant at John Lewis edition replacing Amadea Gomer

- Management Today has relaunched its website. The new mobile-friendly site is centred around six brand new content streams which are entrepreneurs, leadership lessons, reputation matters, future business, women in business and your career
- Martyn Fisher has been appointed editor at Better Wholesaling. He was previously news and online editor at Fresh Produce Journal
- Elias Jahshan has been appointed editor at Retail Gazette
- Oliver Mark has been promoted to machinery editor at Farmers Weekly. He was previously machinery writer at the title
- Bethan Grylls has been appointed assistant editor at Heating & Plumbing Monthly
- Robert Hogg has been appointed emerging markets reporter at IFR International Finance Review
- Talya Misiri has been appointed reporter at European Pensions and Pensions Age
