• Claire Provost has left her role as reporter for the global development section of theguardian.com.
• Wendy Good has been appointed as editor of the Cork Independent.
• Mel West has been appointed editor of the Lincolnshire Echo.
• The Press and The Telegraph & Argus went up in price from 55p to 60p on 26 May.

• Emily Phillips has left her role as staff writer at Shortlist magazine. Emily will start her new position as senior commissioning editor (features and culture) at Grazia on 30 June.
