- The editor of the Sunday People, James Scott, and deputy editor Nick Buckley have left as part of the newspaper’s editorial merger with the Sunday Mirror. Alison Phillips, the Sunday Mirror’s editor, is expected to take overall responsibility for editing the two titles, the Guardian reported
- MailOnline has appointed Stewart Jackson as assistant editor. He was previously deputy news editor at The Daily Telegraph
- Mark Leslie has been appointed acting editor of Lynn News and Downham News
- James Robinson has joined the Andover Advertiser as a reporter, he confirmed via Twitter
- Steve Leary has announced his retirement as editor of the St Helens Star after 40 years at the newspaper. He will be replaced by Andrew Kilmurray who has been confirmed as the new editor
- Susan Thompson has joined as digital editor at The Irish News
Fashion, Lifestyle & Entertainment
- The Sun’s TV Magazine has appointed Louise Purser as TV writer
- Absolute Radio has signed Danny Wallace for a new show ‘Masters of Man Time’, sponsored by Just for Men Autostop
- Deborah Castle has left her role as picture director of Grazia UK after nine years at the publication
- The Chelsea Magazine Company has announced the launch of Little London and the re-launch of Baby London, Baby Hampshire and Baby Surrey magazine titles
- Linda Mindel Carvell has resigned with immediate effect as contributing editor to Surrey Occasions Magazine. The publication has been sold and from the autumn issue will be run under new ownership

- Tanita Cross has been appointed as the editor at Tomorrow’s Health & Safety and Tomorrow’s Care. Tim Wood, formerly editor at these titles, continues as editor at Tomorrow’s FM
- Owain Thomas has been promoted to editor of Workplace Savings and Benefits
