• Nina Warhurst has been appointed political editor at BBC North West Tonight. She replaces former political editor Arif Ansari
• Katie Proctor has been appointed political reporter at the London Evening Standard. She was previously Westminster correspondent at the Yorkshire Post

• Rebecca Cox has been appointed online editor at Country & Town House
• Poppy Danby has been appointed features writer at Closer
• Andrew Trendell has been appointed senior news reporter at the NME. He starts his role on 26 September
