According to Cision Social Media, the Scottish Referendum campaign has generated over 6m posts and over 40m keyword mentions over the past month across all social media and online platforms. A surge in momentum was recorded from 7 September around the referendum following YouGov’s survey that put the “Yes” in the independence campaign.
The past three days especially has seen conversations on social networks heating up with over 1.2m posts on the subject.
An analysis of the keywords surrounding conversations on the referendum on social platforms reveal the following (spot the word YES and the absence of NO in there?)
